Who we are

More than a rental shop

We started Heaven Motorbikes with a simple idea: renting a motorbike in Vientiane should be easy, honest and safe — the way we'd want it ourselves.

We're a small French–Laotian team who know these roads by heart, and every scooter in our fleet is one we'd happily ride ourselves.

“When you rent a motorbike from us, you’re not a booking number — you're a guest we want to see enjoy Laos to the fullest.”

What you need to rent

Three simple things and you're on the road.

01

Your original passport

We keep your original passport as a deposit for the duration of the rental and hand it straight back when you return the motorbike. Bring it and we're done in five minutes.

02

A helmet — on your head

Helmets are compulsory in Laos, for the rider and the passenger. We provide them free with every motorbike, and we make sure yours fits.

03

Every motorbike is insured

All our motorbikes come with valid insurance and up-to-date registration papers. You ride legal, you ride covered. If you also want to insure yourself personally, we can arrange it as a paid option — just ask us when you book.

Good to know — insurance covers the motorbike, not reckless riding. Stay sober, keep your helmet on, and stick to the roads you're comfortable with.

Included with every rental

Every motorbike comes ready to ride. All of this is included at no extra cost — you have nothing to add.

01

A helmet

A helmet for you and your passenger, provided free with every motorbike and adjusted to fit before you set off.

02

Phone holder & USB charger

A handlebar phone holder with a USB charger, so you can follow your route and keep your phone charged as you ride.

03

Rear luggage rack

A sturdy rear rack to carry a bag or your shopping — handy for day trips and longer rides.

04

Security lock

A lock to secure your motorbike every time you park and step away, for extra peace of mind.

05

Bungee cords

A set of elastic bungee cords to strap down bags or gear quickly and safely.

06

Copy of the registration

A copy of the registration papers to keep on you while you ride, so you always have the documents you need on the road.
