Two things: your passport — we keep a copy for the duration of the rental, never the original — and a helmet, which we provide free with every motorbike and which is compulsory on the road. That's it, and it takes about five minutes.

Yes. Every motorbike in our fleet is insured and comes with valid, up-to-date registration papers. Bear in mind that insurance won't cover riding under the influence, riding without a helmet or off-road use.

To ride legally in Laos you should hold a motorcycle licence or an International Driving Permit with the motorcycle category. We're happy to advise you when you book.

We ask for a refundable cash deposit and a copy of your passport for the duration of the rental. Your original passport always stays with you. The deposit is returned when you bring the motorbike back.

Yes — one or two quality helmets come free with every rental. Riding with a helmet is both safer and required by law.

Yes, we can deliver to your hotel, Wattay Airport or the train station in Vientiane. Delivery is available as a paid extra, not included in the rental price — just tell us where you are when you book and we'll confirm the fee.

Send us a WhatsApp message and we'll help right away. If the issue is mechanical and not misuse, we'll repair or swap the motorbike as fast as we can, wherever you are in the city.

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a motorbike with us.

Yes. From 7 days, the weekly rate kicks in automatically and saves you 10% compared to the daily rate — $41 instead of $45.50 for the Scoopy, $315 instead of $350 for the CFMoto. Staying longer than a few weeks? Message us on WhatsApp for a custom price.
